Shipping Info

We appreciate your business, and we’ve done our best to create a great shopping experience. Allergy Guardian offers excellent products at great values, and we make it easy to get the best physician-recommended products delivered right to your doorstep. We will quickly ship your order so that you’ll soon get the allergy relief products that you need.

We offer a flat rate of $10 shipping for ALL orders

Order Processing and Shipping Schedules

Orders for in-stock items will ship within 1 to 2 business days. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email that outlines your billing and shipping information, items ordered and order total. If any of the information looks incorrect on this confirmation, please contact our Customer Service department immediately at 1.800.631.3549. The details listed on the confirmation are what we will use for shipment, and if any errors exist, we will correct them prior to shipment, if possible.

Most orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous 48 states will arrive within 2 to 9 business days. Please note that any items that drop ship directly from the manufacturer will come in a separate shipment and may take additional time.  When your items ship, Allergy Guardian will send an email shipment confirmation with the tracking information included.  If your items go out in multiple shipments, you will receive separate shipment confirmations when each portion of the order goes out to you.

For Ground shipments, your order will ship via FedEx Ground. All orders are shipped with no signature required. If you prefer that your order is signed for upon delivery, please specify in the Comments box when placing your order.

Shipping fees are intended to cover both delivery costs and other costs such as those to process and pack your order.

Additional Shipping Fees 

Allergy Guardian’s shipping rates listed above do not apply to areas outside of the 48 contiguous states in the United States. While we are happy to ship orders to other destinations such as Puerto Rico or Canada, these orders will need to be placed over the phone with Customer Service. Our Customer Service Team will be able to provide the corresponding shipping charges based on the items purchased. Please see below for information on other shipping destinations.

Canada: Please call Customer Service at 1.800.631.3549 to place your order with the corresponding shipping charges. Duty charges will also be the customer’s responsibility.

U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rice (PR), the Virgin Islands (VI) and the following regions (AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, AA, AE, AP): Please call Customer Service at 1.800.631.3549 to place your order with the corresponding shipping charges.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies for products shipped to AZ, CT, FL, MI and NC. Tax rates as per the state, county or city taxes will apply.

Holiday Shipping

Shipping timeframes will vary based on holiday schedules. Additional time to receive your order can apply based on reduction in business days, increased processing time due to order volume and the carrier’s shipping volume. We will do our best to post shipment schedules with estimated delivery dates, and we recommend placing your order in advance of the shipment deadline to guarantee arrival.
