If you are interested in becoming a Distributor for Allergy Guardian, please click on the “Request Form” button below to complete and submit your information.
You will be contacted by an Allergy Guardian Representative who will discuss Distributor opportunities with your company and who can provide the necessary documents for setting up a Distributor account. Businesses will need to provide credit references and will need to be approved by our account division. Once approved, our staff can customize a business plan for you that will meet the individual needs of your company as well as those of your customers.
